It is as if you are in the beginning of the Hunger Games. If you are a freshman you get a fresh set of weapons(lecturer) without the chance to choose them yourself. Then, when you get into term 2 they give yo the chance to choose your weapon(lecturer) and armor(class). Well, because every student access the site in the very same time the site always crashed, ALWAYS.

Before you(freshman) choose your weapon for the first time you always ask your sophomore for the most convenient one. But, the weapon which is convenient to everyone is very hard to get. Sometimes the conveniences of the weapon depends on who use it. Some people like the weapon that train you to be good at the subject you are learning while some like the weapon who delivers you to the next level even if you haven't learn anything yet.
